The building is so unique, over 100 years old, with lots of Chicago history. A timber loft lovers dream. The building is a lot of fun, great owners and other tenants who all get along well. The rooftop is incredible, with 360 degree views of the city. The location can’t be beat, just steps away from so many great restaurants, a divvy dock, the L and bus stops. Love this place!

My girlfriend lived here a few years ago and it is an absolutely beautiful building! The building staff is always friendly and on their A-game if you ever need their help. You literally can't beat the location either as it's an easy walking distance to anything in River North or West Loop. Can't recommend this building enough!

Not your cookie-cutter high rise in River North! The unique characteristics of each unit is unlike any building I looked at when buying in 2018. The floor to ceiling windows in my unit sold me and the hidden gem rooftop oasis cannot be beat on a warm summer night!

The location is incredible! I can walk everywhere and the Chicago Brown Line station is just a block away. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, fitness studios, galleries, coffee shops, and it's just a short walk to the river or Michigan Ave. The community is full of young professionals and was a great find as a first time homebuyer.
